We don't like to brag, but we're changing the game
“As for my Anxiety, I would say you helped a lot. Knowing there was support on a steady basis was comforting. Introducing mindfulness meditation was helpful and rewarding. You covered a few topics that I was concerned about and showed me alternatives to match my abilities such as exercising in my office space or including gardening as one of my activities.”
Lisa
“Our sessions were so helpful I looked forward to our talk every week. It helped to have a listening ear to talk to that was outside of my family with no judgement at all. It also helped to have advice on how to live an healthier life.”
Martin
“I am grateful for the support that Jenna has given me. She has helped me recognize my thinking traps and how to look at things differently. Being mindful and practicing meditation has really helped me cope with my anxiety. Just wish I knew about this before. I've learned a lot about myself that she helped uncover. I recommend Jenna to anyone that is looking to make positive changes in one's life.”
